In what is a welcoming, compassionate and supportive environment, these low-intensity yet simultaneously engaging workouts (which comprise of Parkinson’s-specific Cardio, Strength, and Functional Circuit exercises) take place at our Nenagh Clinic (Eircode: E45 C578) each Wednesday afternoon at 12:20 p.m. (Official Start Date: Wednesday, the 22nd of November).
Safe, fun and easy to perform; these Physio-led sessions are approximately 40 to 45 minutes in length, which leaves plenty of time afterwards to mingle whilst enjoying some complimentary refreshments (such as specialty coffee, tea, bottled water, fruit and tasty treats!) in our adjoining Cafeteria area.
