We're delighted to welcome Coolbawn native 𝗧𝗿í𝗼𝗻𝗮 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘆 (𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗣) to the Gold Standard Physio team!
Experienced, kind and caring, Tríona:
🩺 Is a CORU registered Chartered Physiotherapist (Senior Grade)
🎓 Holds a Physiotherapy Degree from the University of Limerick, having achieved Top Marks for her Final Year Project
📜 Possesses numerous additional Qualifications, including Diplomas in Pilates, Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine, and Psychology
📚 Lectured Undergrad and Master’s Physiotherapy Students at UL / Co-Authored Several Published Studies
🌍 Has worked in busy Private Practices in Dublin, London and Sydney
🏥 Also operated at University Hospital Galway and the Mater in Dublin, where she served as a Senior Physiotherapist in the National Centre of Excellence
🇮🇪 Project managed a government-led initiative called The Active Neuro Project
🏑 Has teamed up with several local hurling clubs (such as Kiladangan and Lorrha-Dorrha)
⚾️ Is a former Burgess-Duharra Camogie player herself
🤸🏻♀️ Enjoys Pilates, Strength Training, and Tennis
🏃♀️ Has completed Half-Marathons and is presently training for her first Full One!
