We're delighted to welcome Silvermines’ native, 𝗗𝗔𝗩𝗜𝗗 𝗥𝗬𝗔𝗡 (𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗣) to the Gold Standard Physio team.

Friendly, forward-thinking, and supportive, David:
🩺 Is a CORU-registered Chartered Physiotherapist
🎓 Graduated from University College Dublin with a First Class Honours Degree in Physiotherapy
📚 Previously achieved the maximum 625 points in his Leaving Certificate
📜 Holds additional qualifications, including Emergency Pitch-Side Management, Sports Taping & Strapping, Patient & Manual Handling, and Basic Life Support
⚕️ Has hands-on experience across all aspects of Physiotherapy
🏥 Has worked in major Irish hospitals, including Beaumont, St Vincent’s and Connolly
🏢 Has also cared for patients in Community, Outpatient and Private Practice settings (including Our Lady’s Hospice Harold’s Cross, Midlands Regional Hospital Tullamore and Sports Physio Ireland)
🏐 Has worked pitch-side with Silvermines GAA and Camogie teams over the past three seasons, supporting athletes during trainings and matchdays
⬇️ 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐒
🏑 Plays hurling with The Mines and enjoys following all things GAA, from local fixtures to supporting the Tipp hurlers
🎾 Enjoys keeping up with a wide range of sports, including tennis, golf, handball, and soccer
✈️ Likes travelling to different European cities
👨👩👧👦 Enjoys spending time with family and friends
💻 Has a keen interest in technology
🎸 Likes playing the guitar (think Wonderwall!)
